This website may contain links to third party websites, which are provided solely as a convenience to users. ht company is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third party websites and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from any third party website.

Customers may enter product orders online at https://www.szgiftcustom.com or email a completed purchase order to HengShuo. If the customer does not require HengShuo's design services, the customer will be required to provide details of the required decorations, such as brand name, logo artwork, event artwork, or other details used for the decorations.

Orders sent by the Customer are only binding on HengShuo if they are implicitly or explicitly accepted by HengShuo.

If a Customer's desired product is not found on the HengShuo website, we will work with the Customer to fulfill their specific needs.

We make every effort to produce accurate order quantities, but reserve the right to over or underpay shipping charges by 5% accordingly.

While we make every effort to ensure that images are accurate, product color and appearance may vary slightly from the images. Customers should request samples prior to order confirmation and mass production.

HengShuo is not responsible for delays in delivery or product availability due to force majeure.

If the actual shipping costs exceed 5% of the order shipping costs, we will cancel the right to invoice again.

Returns or claims should be made by the customer within 3 working days of delivery of the products. Cancellations are only accepted if the product has not been decorated. The customer will be required to pay the re-stocking fee.

Sample orders are 100% balance, bulk orders are 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
