SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free On Board (FOB) Los Angeles, CA: When terms are FOB, Los Angeles, CA, all prices for shipping and handling of merchandise are excluded.

International shipments may be quoted Duty Paid Delivery (DDP) or Duty Unpaid Delivery (DDU) upon request. A full shipping address is required for an accurate quote. Please note that not all countries allow DDP terms and that DDP quotes include customs duties or VAT, but DDU quotes do not. If DDU is selected, the recipient will be required to pay the carrier or customs broker prior to pickup and may be required to submit a customs clearance authorization.

HengShuo reserves the right to determine the best method of transportation unless the customer specifically pre-designates a route. Typically we ship samples using UPS, FedEx or DHL, or the customer may specify the method of transportation.

Air freight will be an economical way to ship large orders. We will choose air freight as the delivery date approaches.

For large orders, we usually choose sea or train/freight.

We use bulk packaging unless otherwise specified by the customer.

HengShuo reserves the right to split shipments.

UPS and FedEx charge for address corrections. If the address provided by the customer is incorrect, the customer is responsible for additional charges, which are per carton. Address suite and floor information must be included in the delivery information.

To re-route a package that has left the facility, please contact your carrier directly, additional amendment fees may apply. All charges will be invoiced after we receive notification of the charges.

We warranty our products, but cannot guarantee that they will not be lost, damaged, or returned due to an inaccurate shipping address or incorrect work by the carrier. We are willing to negotiate with our customers to resolve issues.

We reserve the right to modify our shipping terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on the website and will be effective from the date of posting.
